TALK, THINK, GROW. IT'S A PROCESS. LET'S GET STARTED!
My Story
Life can be messy. It sometimes unfolds with twists and turns that provide challenges in areas of relationships, career, family, and many other life domains. I have experienced the mess and done the hard work of healing and personal growth. I now combine my wisdom, life experience, and education to help others. My therapeutic space welcomes all the mess and creates a supportive environment to
Talk, Think, Grow ~ moving through these challenges to a healthier, happier you!

While licensure, certification, and education are extremely important and set high standards of care, my clients often say that it is my passion for this work, keen attunement to their experience, and steadfast commitment to their desired growth which shines through the most. I am deeply dedicated to compassionate engagement, meeting my clients where they are, and fostering collaboration while utilizing empirically-based treatment approaches for their holistic well-being and personal growth.
