My love and passion for helping and supporting others throughout all stages of life has led me to become a therapist. I view this role as a true privilege and am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to assist people as they navigate their challenges.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) under the National Board for Certified Counselors, the internationally certifying organization for professional counselors.  I hold a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.

My therapeutic environment is warm, empathetic, and safe for all, as I facilitate a space that is conducive to healing and personal growth. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them define and achieve their goals. My person-centered approach integrates elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

My experience includes working with adolescent and adult clients in areas of mental health and addiction challenges while facilitating individual, group, couple, and family therapy across various settings. These settings include Center for Crisis and Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient OP programs. My specialty areas include working with individuals who are experiencing:
